The Junior Account Manager Growth (Africa Middle East Americas) plays a major role in developing our new agency partner and high potentials into future stars.
You will be onboarding and managing your own agency portfolio and making sure it meets and exceeds our Better Trips standards.
Onboard new agencies and guide them through the first months of our partnership
Coordinate with different transversal teams the offboarding of agencies leaving our network (Legal, Finance, Agent Care etc)
Develop new and high potential agencies according to the agency evaluation grid and improve their BTI score progressively
Define sourcing needs together with Hub Leader, Key Account Developper and Sourcing Manager
Training and animation of your agency portfolio
Quality control sales process (reactivity, proposal, etc) and training participation
Manage inbound requests and liaise with our Agent Care team and other involved parties to solve agency issues
Manage capacity and contribute to Destination Strategy together with the Key Account Developper
KPI control and analysis, alerting agency portfolio
Iterate on current processes together with other teams.
Close collaboration with:
Hub Leader and Sourcing Manager to define needs in terms of new agencies
Key Account Developper & Offer Developper to shape together the Destination Strategy
Key Account Developper to share insights about agency capacity and lead expectations by destination
Other Growth Managers to iterate on current processes
Agent Care and other transversal teams to solve agency needs and issues efficiently
Impact Hub to jointly meet our sustainable goals within agency community
Exchange best practices with other Growth Managers to upskill within the Agency Network Community
You are :
Highly motivated and tenacious
Autonomous with a team spirit
Fluent in English,
You have :
Good analytical skills and ability to summarize and prioritize
Good communication and presentation skills
You have a first commercial experience
You speak/are fluent in another Evaneos market language (Spanish ++)
