POSITION TITLE

                      Compensation & Benefits Manager – Human Resources

POSITION OVERVIEW


We are seeking a highly motivated and delivery-oriented Compensation & Benefits manager to join our Global HR Corporate team. This role reports to the Compensation & Benefits Director and will be in charge of coordinating the Compensation & Benefits yearly cycle, while supporting the director on all Compensation & Benefits topics and accompanying the roll-out of new HRIS tool on C&B topics. This position will report to the Group Compensation & Benefits Director.


RESPONSIBILITIES


As a Compensation & Benefits Manager, under the leadership of the Compensation & Benefits Director,
you will:

  • Participate in the definition of Europcar Compensation & Benefits strategy
  • Lead compensation, benefits and international mobility policies, and roll-out processes you are incharge of, such as salary and short term incentive plans reviews
  • Fill in all salary surveys at group level, coordinating with the countries HR heads
  • Carry out position weighing as well as salary studies and benchmarks with a focus on top 150
  • Support local HR heads in salary recommendations
  • Centralize and coordinate international mobility employee files, ensure compliance and good practices
  • In the framework of global HRIS project, be the point of contact for C&B aspects and participate in the preparation then implementation of the tool
  • Proactively communicate on C&B matters and updates across the HR community
  • Ensure continuous improvement of the function

INTERNAL AND EXTERNAL RELATIONSHIPS

Internal: main interactions with function / country HR representatives, finance & legal functions

External: providers (consulting firms, law firms, employee savings account holder, health benefits
provider)


Preferované skúsenosti

PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE

  • 5 to 8 years’ experience in Compensation & Benefits with first experience in HRIS & international mobility
  • Business school or Master in HR

LANGUAGES

  • Fluent English

  • Based in Paris, at Europcar Mobility Group HQ. Homeworking scheme

  • Strong C&B knowledge with also an expertise in HRIS and
    international mobility
  • Knowledge in law and tax
  • Understanding of payroll and practices
  • Good analytical and synthesis skills
  • Good command of computer tools, particularly Excel spreadsheets
