Job Description
Within the Operations department, your main responsibilities will include:
Contributing to the full organization of trips once they have been confirmed by the client: private transportation, VIP services, tours, and exclusive experiences
Booking all related services and activities
Verifying all trip details in accordance with our internal processes and tools
Acting as the main point of contact once the client is on site: proactively communicating all necessary information in advance and making adjustments when required to ensure a seamless experience
Profile & Requirements
1 to 2 years’ minimum experience in a similar role
Excellent written skills and strong command of Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Fluent in Spanish and English (spoken and written); French is a plus
Previous exposure to the luxury hospitality or luxury travel market is highly desirable
