Job description
Develop and contribute to delivery of training programs for HCPs (HeathCare Professionals)
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and ensure execution of trainings for HCPs in line with learning objectives that meet compliance and corporate standards
- Plan training sessions including location selection, faculty management, interactivity tools
- If needed, attend and support training sessions
- Define and communicate to internal stakeholders the attendees selection processes
- Build the training pathways in the learning management system - Edwards Learning Network digital educational platform
- Manage and negotiate complex contracts with HCPs and HCOs (HeathCare Organizations), with the support of compliance and legal team
- Manage budget forecast and trackingImplement processes for evaluating the trainings effectiveness
- Design promotional material (roll-ups, flyers, etc)
- Research new learning solutions and technologies

Preferred experience
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in related field
- At least 5 years of experience preferably in event organization/coordination
Additional Skills:
- Project management/organization, prioritization and time management skills
- Good written and verbal communication skills and interpersonal relationship skills
- Attitude to proactivity, accountability, desire to learn and grow
- Flexibility and ability to learn quickly
- Ability to work well in a multi-cultural environment and matrix organization.
- Good computer skills in MS Office Suite
