You will be at the heart of the sales and marketing machinery of Early Metrics, having a 360° view on how we build our growth, both by acquiring new clients and making sure that existing ones remain Early Metrics advocates.
As part of our new and growing Sales & Marketing department, you will contribute to the deployment of our growth strategy through different acquisition channels (marketing automation, events, partnerships, social networks, etc.). Your missions will include both long-term project management and hands-on work.

Your main tasks will be, among other things:

  • Producing marketing content to support our growth actions: from targeted emails to nurture our workflows to qualitative assets (infographics, articles, reports…)
  • Analyzing the performance of marketing actions with a sharp perspective. A previous experience using reporting is appreciable.
  • Participating in the organization of the webinars (animation of chat) & follow up actions (content redaction, follow up emails, reporting etc.)
  • Supporting on database management & identification of new targets either on new accounts or in existing client accounts.
  • Identifying relevant events in the innovation and startup ecosystem and be proactive in supporting the participation to these events.
  • Executing our social media strategy through copy writing and social media asset creation.
  • Exploring new marketing ideas.

Who you are:

  • Language: fluency in English and French are mandatory.
  • Education: you are enrolled in a masters’ degree in a Business or Engineering school.
  • Experience: 1 or 2 previous successful experience(s) in a sales or marketing position with proven capacity to multitask and work in a very dynamic environment.
  • Great appetite for growth and digital marketing, data and innovation.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Strong oral & written communication skills both in French and English.
  • Previous experiences in managing marketing, analytics and sales tools such as Pardot would be a real plus.
  • Interest in the world of innovation & investment.
  • Have an eye for design.
