The Role

As a Senior Sales Manager, you’ll drive the growth of Deliveroo’s Editions business (delivery-only kitchens) and lead strategic sales initiatives with top national restaurant partners. You’ll be part of the France Commercial team, working across departments to secure high-impact partnerships, grow revenue, and shape the future of our restaurant offering.

What You’ll Be Doing

Global Commercial Responsibilities

  • Pitch and secure top-tier restaurant partners for both our Core and Editions businesses

  • Lead commercial negotiations with C-level stakeholders, building compelling business cases backed by financial forecasts

  • Create joint business plans with restaurant partners to identify growth levers and tackle operational challenges

  • Collaborate with account management, marketing, and operations to ensure strong partner onboarding and impactful launches

  • Partner with City Managers to shape local sales strategies and ensure efficient lead allocation

  • Support internal alignment through clear performance tracking, reporting, and cross-functional coordination

Editions-Specific Responsibilities

  • Define and execute the commercial and occupancy strategy for Editions sites across France

  • Build and enforce the Editions commercial scorecard (including P&L analysis, launch packages, and site requirements)

  • Oversee and coach the Editions sales team, ensuring performance and accountability through regular reporting and reviews

  • Identify and prospect high-potential restaurants to match Editions site needs, supported by SDRs and data insights

  • Accelerate site profitability by driving ancillary revenue opportunities and refining the Editions partner mix

  • Act as a key ambassador for Editions in the restaurant ecosystem, strengthening Deliveroo’s reputation with premium partners

What We’re Looking For

  • 5+ years of experience in commercial, sales, or partnership roles

  • Strong negotiation skills with proven success in closing complex, high-value deals

  • Comfort working with business owners, founders, and C-level decision-makers

  • Excellent analytical capabilities with experience in forecasting and P&L management

  • Effective communicator with a collaborative mindset and stakeholder management skills

  • Entrepreneurial, proactive, and highly adaptable to a fast-paced, evolving environment

  • Fluency in French and English

  • Willingness to travel across France based on business needs
