As part of its growing activities, Dailymotion is looking to enforce its Core Craft. You will play a key role in shaping the core foundations of our product and building innovative features in close cooperation with Front Developers, Designers and Scrum Masters.
• Building APIs (Rest/GraphQL)
• Analyze and improve efficiency, scalability, and stability of monitoring, continuous integration and platform integration
• Provide architecture, services, tools and guidelines to build a fast, geo-distributed Graph based API’s.
• Design, document and develop tools to automate back-office process and low-value tasks management
Techno used: PHP (legacy) / Python (new stack), Docker, Kubernetes, Jenkins, Rabbitmq, Celery, NSQ, Elastic Search, MySQL, Vault

Qualifications

• You have strong programming capabilities in the following languages, either in PHP or Python. At Dailymotion, you will have the opportunity to work on both, even if you know today only one! You will learn within our team.
• Experience with continuous integration, continuous deployment testing and automation tools (Jenkins etc.) and Docker
• Required concept of code quality (complexity, styling, unit testing, functional testing)
• Required knowledge in microservices architecture
• Outstanding organizational skills and the ability to juggle multiple tasks
• Demonstrated expertise in problem-solving and technical innovation
• Excellent communication skills able to work effectively with technical and non-technical teammates
• Proficient level of written/verbal English
