Elsa Canetti holds a Master's degree in Contemporary History and is a graduate of ESCP (MS Management of People and Organisations). During the first part of her career, she worked in management consulting and team coaching, in particular with the firm Transformance, where she was involved in strategic transformation projects in which the human and managerial dimension was crucial. After numerous assignments in various sectors, both public and private, she joined Covivio in 2013 as HR Development Manager in charge of recruitment, training and major projects. She was appointed HR Director in 2016. With her team, she is in charge of defining and implementing the Group's HR policy in terms of attractiveness and talent development, innovating in terms of quality of life at work and social benefits, and supporting managers on a daily basis on all individual and collective issues.
Julien Drouaud holds an engineering degree from ESTP (Ecole spéciale des Travaux publics, du Bâtiment et de l'Industrie). He began his career in 2005 as a Works Engineer with Bouygues Construction, before joining Altarea Cogedim in 2012 where he held the positions of Deputy Technical Director and then Programme Director. In 2017, Julien joined Covivio as Project Director before taking over the management of the Housing Development division in 2019. This division comprises a team of around fifteen people with complementary profiles dedicated to the fast-growing business of converting offices into housing. For each site, Julien and his team define a tailor-made project based on the area and its specific characteristics, particularly in terms of residential offers, services, environmental performance and openness to the city.
Fabienne began her career in 1998 as a Commercial Property Manager with the real estate company SILIC before joining BNP Paribas Real Estate in 2011 where she held the positions of Asset Manager, then Co-ownership Manager. In 2017, Fabienne joined the Covivio teams as Customer Relations and Property Management Manager. She is the main contact for customers on all aspects of the lease life, with a view to providing optimal service quality and guaranteeing the Covivio customer experience.
Patrick holds an engineering degree from the ESTP (Ecole spéciale des Travaux publics, du Bâtiment et de l'Industrie). He started his career in 2002 as a Senior Analyst at EY - Transaction Services. He joined Covivio in 2006 where he progressed from Corporate Development Manager to Head of Management and Financial Control in 2010. In 2016, Patrick became Secretary General of Covivio's Hotels department. From the financial management of Covivio Hotels to the management of real estate appraisals, his missions are transversal and allow him to work with all the operational and financial teams of Covivio in Europe.
Benjamin de Vallette holds an engineering degree from ENSAM (Ecole Nationale Supérieure d'Arts et Métiers), as well as HEC Paris, where he studied Project Management. He started his career as an Asset Manager intern at Covivio, in 2019 before joining full time in 2020. As Asset Manager for the French Office portfolio, one of Benjamin's main missions is to guarantee the value of the assets under management. He defines and steers the holding strategies for each asset, evaluates the financial aspects of commercial negotiations with tenants or prospects, manages partnership relations with major clients, and manages the acquisition and disposal processes for certain assets.
