Stéphane joined Comexposium Group in March 2017 after a long experience in communication agency and sport event organization (former Paris Saint-Germain Marketing Director).
During all his career, he has helped BtoB and BtoC brands in their digital and CRM strategies, with often the same common problematic, creating traffic at physical point of sales or during events.
With his teams at Comexposium, he ensures the balance between offer (exhibitors) and demand (visitors) on BtoB fairs for which he is responsible. He looks at two specific items:
Strategy: finding the trends to create new events or to maintain existing events as THE must-attend event in the industry.
Operational: Creating interest before the event, offering an exceptional experience during the event, and gaining the loyalty afterwards, all achieved thanks to intelligent communications fulled by digital and data. For example, implementing AI technologies to do buyer and seller matchmaking.
Stéphane taught Sport Marketing at HEC for 5 years and is graduated from Sciences Po Paris.
Lucie began her career in a digital marketing agency.
For almost 9 years, she worked on the CRM systems of multiple and diverse customers, helping all along the data process.
Transformation, targeting, life cycles, and dashboards, were the routine of her daily life. Eager to bring her expertise to broader challenge, she joined the Comexposium Digital team at the end of April 2019.
Her new challenges as a Customer Insight Data Analyst? Evangelize good practices in terms of "data" and allow all the Group's events to have better visibility on their databases (visitors and exhibitors).
