    Collective empowers freelancers, from any expertise and any geography, to team up in one or multiple collectives and to collaborate thanks to a dedicated workspace (single quote, invoice, payment, shared portfolio & governance…). We help them gather, operate and look professional while keeping their freedom.

    Since our launch in 2021, we have:

    • Formed +1,000 collectives and worked with +2,000 clients (e.g., Betclic, Sorare, Spendesk, Cajoo, Get Alma…)
    • Generated millions of € in project value through out platform
    • Raised one of the largest European Seed-fundraising (€7m after 9-month)
    • Built a team of 25 amazing people

    Collective plans to hire 10+ people by the end of 2023.

    Job description

    Context & mission 🚀

    Following a 7m€ seed fundraising, Collective is accelerating fast and is recruiting top performers to contribute to its growth and series A.

    We are looking for someone to lead Growth & Marketing initiatives. This is a strategic position, reporting directly to the CEO and handling collaborations with adjacent teams (Product, Ops, Sales).

    Your mission is twofold: increase awareness towards our targeted audience (freelancers willing to team up and companies resorting to freelancers) and boost lead generation.

    What you will do ⚡

    Identify, test and implement all initiatives related to Growth & Marketing:

    • Challenge and improve our content factory (collaboration with our users, partners and adjacent teams)

    • Support with Founders PR & institutional communication initiatives (media, social presence, events,…)

    • Handle Paid / Social actions to increase lead generation and increase sign-up from freelancers

    • Cover our SEO initiatives to increase trafic and drive more organic revenues from our website

    • Challenge conversion and continuously improve our website with the support of our product & design team

    Preferred experience

    • You’ve at least 2 years of experience in Marketing (content, growth,…)

    • You’re familiar with the startup ecosystem

    • You’re fluent in French & in English (oral + written)

    • You are autonomous, proactive, analytical and very well-organized

    • You are strongly opinionated on our “collective” vision

    • You love challenges and are excited of being part of a growing team

    Recruitment process

    • 1h interview with Jean (CEO - including a business case)

    • 1h30 on-site (Meet another Co-founder + other team members)
