💪 Team:

You will join the HR team of Click&Boat, a business unit managed by Tiphaine, VP HR, and composed of 7 people based in Paris and Barcelona.

As part of your missions, you will report directly to the HR Officer. You will work closely with her and with your HR colleagues.

🚀 Tasks:

In the frame of Click&Boat seasonality, we are looking for an apprentice to support us to manage the on-boarding campaigns.

With the guidance of your manager, you will have the opportunity to handle the following tasks:

1. HR & Onboarding (80%)

You will participate in the on-boarding of the candidates recruited, being their point of contact and making sure everything is ready for their arrival.

• Creation of employee accounts in our internal HR software.

• Administrative follow-up (internship agreements, internship certificates)

• Welcome and integrate new employees, with Welcome Pack delivery.

1. Projects (20%)

Depending on the needs, you’ll be expected to be proactive to share new ideas and help the HR team on different matters such as office management, events or recruitment.

• You are looking for an apprenticeship in HR to complete your Bachelor or Master’s degree.

• You are fluent in English and French. Speaking Spanish is a plus!

• You have excellent writing skills in English and in French;

• You are organized and know how to prioritize your tasks;

• You are rigorous and detail-oriented.
