To support this transition and take an active part in our growth, ChargeGuru is looking for a full-time Product Manager. 

We are looking for a high-energy, creative, team-oriented PM to join our Global Tech Team. You will help ChargeGuru extend our success in several countries (France, Spain, Portugal, Belgium, Germany, Italy and UK) through the identification of business areas that can be improved to increase efficiency and strengthen business processes. To define new product features and help implement changes, you will work closely with the Head of Product and stakeholders in our different teams (Sales, Operations, Marketing, Finance).

What you will do : 

• Own the roadmap and development of a growth focused product that makes an impact

• Talk to users, strategizing, spitballing product ideas with our staff, clarifying technical questions and effort estimates with our in-house engineers, troubleshooting issues, drawing up wireframes, aligning on user stories with the design team and many, many other things - no two days will be the same

• Work closely with users and stakeholders to understand their needs and objectives, and to gain a deep understanding of the problem space through workshops and research

• Analyze business and user impact of potential features in a data-driven manner, using state-of-the-art tools and your strong analytical skills

• Facilitate and actively collaborate in the development of business models, go to market plans, and early-traction tactics for products to be launched in collaboration with operational teams, the product team, and other experts (e.g. marketing)

• Translate operational teams / customers insights into prioritized product ideas or experiments to be tested on the market and with customers

• Help specify the requirements and the solution to be implemented

• Collaborate hand-in-hand with a skilled Engineering team

• Facilitate agile ceremonies in order to deliver a product or product initiatives in a timely manner and agreed on the quality‍

• Help create test plans to ensure that new or improved processes meet business requirements

• Supervise the acceptance of developed functionalities (unit testing)

• Assist with the creation of training materials and documentation

• Participate in change management and user adoption strategies

• Excellent interpersonal skills, good listening and synthesis skills

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to communicate and influence stakeholders at all levels

• Demonstrated curiosity and proactivity 

• Ability to create and execute a customer discovery process to gather pains and opportunities

• Ability to design and run various ideation workshops

• High sense of organization and capable of handing multiple strategic projects 

• Experience working with scale-ups

• Fluent English and French

• Minimum of 3 years of proven experience in product management with digital products or in a similar product role

• Graduated from a top tier business or engineering school
