Remote policy
We're reinventing the way we work every day, with the aim of being flexible, agile and adaptable! That's why we work from home three days a week. Since March 2020, the use of teleworking has generated positive results in terms of work organization and team satisfaction. Our home-office policy provides for three days of teleworking per week, as well as a remote allowance of 30 euros per month.
Team days at the office are scheduled every week so everyone can get together and maintain a level of cohesion! And to top it all off, every week, breakfast is offered to teams so that they can meet up for a convivial moment to start the day off right!
Offices in Paris
Ideally located in the 15th arrondissement of Paris, just steps from the Eiffel Tower, our offices offer over 160 flex-office workstations and are equipped with phone boxes. The site also offers shared services such as bike parking, a gym and a concierge service. Our staff meet weekly for breakfast, and conferences and events are organized from time to time.
Offices in Balma
Just a stone's throw from Toulouse, accessible by metro, the Balma site welcomes over 150 people, as well as our telephone field team. Renovated in 2019 and organized as a flex office, the site offers a variety of spaces to meet the different needs encountered by employees: collaborating in small or larger teams, isolating oneself to concentrate or make calls, exchanging informally with colleagues, receiving a client, or working at one's own workstation. To pay homage to neighboring Spain, the site is decorated in the theme of Barcelona.

Offices in Lyon
Located in the heart of Lyon, our offices are decorated in the style of an apartment, making for a warm and welcoming working environment for our employees! What's more, they meet up every Thursday over an aperitif at the end of the day!
