Organization and methodologies

Brigad’s infrastructure is broken down into three main parts: the area for businesses, the area for professionals, and the area where the two interact.

This requires a specialist business approach to the back end, but everything else is cross-discipline: data, QA, DevOps, and Front-end integration.

Tasks are managed and prioritised by product managers within a product cycle of research, design, pre-implementation, development, test, and deployment.

We also have a tech roadmap which is implemented if product or technical requirements call for it.

Tickets are created for each task and assigned to an IC.
