Florent is the CEO of Brigad. His job is to bring our company mission to life and make it accessible to everyone. Having a maximum positive impact on the user community is his daily motivation. An entrepreneur at heart, Brigad is her third project.

Jean is co-founder, CPO and CTO. His job is to create the best product, capable of achieving Brigad's vision and mission. His ambition is to build the best user experience and ensure that technology has a central role in operations.

Passionate about sales, Julia joined Brigad in 2017 as a Business Developer. After participating in the opening of new cities and managing several sales teams, Julia is now in charge of the commercial development of the Health division. Building an impactful and caring sales team are her daily sources of motivation.

Former General Manager of Airbnb France, Nicolas joined Brigad in 2018 as COO. He oversees the Marketing, Sales and Operations teams. He is passionate about the company's mission and his goal, and that of his teams, is to bring Brigad to more and more independent establishments and professionals and ensure the best possible experience through the platform.

Passionate about technology, people and gastronomy, it was obvious for Brieuc to join the Brigad project. For more than 3 years now, he has been in charge of the technical team that builds and improves the platform. His ambition is to open up our technology to as many sectors as possible so that as many people as possible can work freely.

Helene joined Brigad after several years spent designing and developing digital products in agencies and then in various startups. Today, as Lead Product Manager, she ensures that the platform perfectly meets Brigad's mission, which she considers essential.

A former flight attendant, Suzanne joined Brigad in 2019 after travelling the world for over 3 years. Passionate about service excellence, it was quite natural for her to join the CX team to bring her expertise. She is now in charge of onboarding users, from their registration to their validation on the platform, and ensures that they have the best Brigad experience.

After several experiences in HR, technology and logistics, Mathilde joined Brigad as a Key Account Manager to help key contacts use the solution. After a year, she was able to move into a Customer Success Manager position to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty over time.

Since 2016, Brigad has been connecting businesses in the hospitality industry with experienced freelancers for flexible shifts lasting from a few hours to several weeks. A few months ago, they successfully launched a new industry which allows healthcare facilities such as retirement homes and clinics to find on-demand staff in care and kitchen jobs!

Brigad strongly believes in its mission : “make work attractive and accessible to all” and allows thousands of self-employed people to earn a living while giving businesses the chance to work with the best talent. Brigad is currently available in the largest cities in France (Paris, Lille, Lyon, Bordeaux, Marseille, Strasbourg..) and in the UK and will soon be available in new areas in France & Europe.
