ENTER THE GAME
As a Media Lead, you will join the Acquisition & Social team, composed of passionate experts across paid media and digital partnerships.
Your primary mission will be to build and nurture privileged relationships with key media platforms (Meta, Google, TikTok, Snapchat…) to drive Growth, ensuring Betclic remains top-of-mind and benefits from early access to innovations, strategic support and customized opportunities.
Your role will also be to orchestrate our media presence across platforms, lead the organic social media framework and act as a strategic partner to key stakeholders (platforms, brand, and acquisition teams) to ensure innovative and high-performing media activations.

WHAT ARE THE RECRUITMENT STEPS?
If your application is shortlisted, Benoit RABAULT will contact you within a week for an initial HR screening (30 minutes). Then, you will complete the AssessFirst test (personality, motivation and cognitive reasoning).
Then a 1 hour visio-call with your manager, Romain FOURNIER, Head of Acquisition & Social.
Within two weeks, you will work on a case study, which you will present to Romain FOURNIER, Head of Acquisition & Social, Paul CUMENAL, Growth Director and 1 member of the Acquisition & Social Team
Finally, Benoit will conduct a final HR interview to review your AssessFirst results together.
The recruitment process usually takes between 4 to 6 weeks to ensure an optimal experience for you.
