Job Description

Within the Urban Infrastructure team, as a Project Manager:

 

Your responsibilities

  • Prepare plans for municipal infrastructure projects;
  • Draft technical specifications and cost estimate schedules;
  • Prepare calculation notes;
  • Participate in the development of project calendars and timelines;
  • Contribute to drainage studies and hydraulic studies;
  • Carry out the design (sizing of sewer and water supply networks, retention structures, grading plans, street profiles and templates…) using AutoCAD Civil 3D, based on preliminary concepts, estimates and calculations;
  • Review drawings and plans to ensure their accuracy and compliance with project requirements;
  • Manage construction projects from the office (contractual clauses, site supervision, payment certificates, change management, approvals, etc.);
  • Participate in the preparation of submissions, service offers and contracts.

Preferované skúsenosti

  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Engineering or Civil Engineering;
  • Member of the Order of Engineers of Quebec (OIQ) (an asset);
  • Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in municipal infrastructure;
  • Experience in design and construction site supervision;
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D (an asset);
  • Knowledge of PCSWMM software (an asset);
  • Proficiency in English (French an asset).
