Job Opportunity: Coordinator of Construction Projects

Position Context:

Joining our dynamic team in Czech Republic you will oversee projects from bidding to execution, you’ll contribute to the development of ARTELIA's activities in the region. With opportunities for growth and development, this role offers an exciting chance to be part of our expanding operations.

Based in Czech Republic, you will work with senior management and act as the point of contact for clients and sub-contractors.

Location:

• Central office: Prague 5 – Stodulky
• Project location: Veseli nad Luznici (2 days/week)
• Dailly commuting and also accommodation possible

Responsibilities:

• Oversee all stages of the project life cycle, ensuring technical and economic management.
• Ensure compliance with requirements throughout all project stages.
• Monitor and oversee project budgets.
• Maintain communication with investors and sub-contractors.
• Provide timely status reports to management and clients.
• Prepare documents for coordination meetings and archival.
• Coordinate supplier communication and scheduling.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Qualifications:

• Secondary school/university education, preferably with a construction focus.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a related field.
• Industry knowledge and ability to read blueprints.
• Proficiency in English and Czech languages.
• Strong organizational and project management skills with proactive communication approach.
• Detail-oriented, reliable, and responsible.
• Driver's license group B.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, MS Project), familiarity with AutoCAD is advantageous.
• Willingness to travel.
