After 10 years in the banking sector and 2 years in startups, Marina joined Allphins in 2024 as a Senior Product Manager.
She works closely with Allphins' founders on the product vision and the prioritization of new developments.
Rencontrez Mathias, Data Scientist
After 3 years as a Data Analyst in the energy sector, Mathias joined Allphins in 2021 as the first employee in a Data Scientist / Data Engineer role.
His work involves ensuring the proper functioning of the company’s entire data valuation process.
Rencontrez Laurent, CEO
After completing his engineering studies at École des Ponts ParisTech, Laurent worked at Schlumberger as Investment Director for Europe and Africa, SPM. Since 2018, he has been one of the founders of Allphins, serving as CEO.
Allphins is the leading InsurTech company providing risk management solutions for the (re)insurance industry.
After starting as a member of the Lloyd's Lab (a renowned InsurTech accelerator in London) and being hosted at Station F (Paris), Allphins now helps over 30 clients cover all major lines of business, including property, energy, geopolitical risks, commercial credit, cyber, liability, and terrorism.
Their goal is to help the biggest names in (re)insurance better analyze risks and make the right decisions.
With strong international growth (UK & US) and self-funded (growing from 4 to 12 employees in just one year), Allphins is aiming for global leadership in specialty risks (with a growth target of +500% by end of 2026).
The plan is to develop 5 new innovative solutions by the end of the year. The project is highly technical and complex, which is why 85% of their team is actually made up of engineers!
