Requirements

As part of our growing international sales team, you will be focusing, helping to develop and scale our business in Nordics & Eastern Europe.

Your key objective will be to identify potential customers and lead the sales process in order to build a network of leads, and sign contracts in your territory.

Both independently and with the aid of local sales partners, the Sales Executive will be capable of using their previous focused SaaS experience to close business.

This will include, but not be limited to, the following responsibilities :

  • Defining and implementing, with your manager and the technical team, a sales strategy adapted to your territory
  • Networking and promoting Akur8 during local events 
  • Identifying new opportunities
  • Pitching to and negotiating with C-Level executives
  • Working on and submitting proposals, as well as negotiating contracts with clients
  • Building strong, long-lasting relationships with strategic prospects and clients
  • Thinking out of the box, suggesting new ideas and approaches to improve our product, based on client expectations

You will be based in our Paris office. Travelling for business development events will be required.

We're looking for an experienced professional who can demonstrate a proven track record in sales positions for complex SaaS products (long sales cycle), a passion for challenges, new market ventures, fast moving organisations and out of the box thinking.

In order to be considered for this position you must imperatively respond to the following criteria:

  • You have 2 to 5 years B2B sales experience, in a Consulting firm or as an Account Manager with at least one year in an international context.
  • You have a ‘pioneer’ mindset, and like opening new markets, possessing the agility and adaptability required to open doors and interact with CTO’s / Risk Management Teams
  • You possess the level-headedness required to close business for both smaller (100k - 300k) and larger (1m - 1.2m) contracts
  • You have demonstrable experience of constructing and mastering the sales strategy for complex deep-tech SaaS products
  • You are able not only to work individually and be autonomous, but also collaboratively (in dedicated territorial sales teams)
  • You possess excellent communication skills, whether oral, written, or non-verbal, in English. Additional language skills relevant for your regional responsibility will be an asset.
  • You know how to make complex things feel simple
  • You are proactive, dynamic, curious, eager to learn and action-oriented
  • In the international context of the company, any additional languages are a definite bon
