We’re looking for an energetic, versatile, eco-conscious Workplace and Culture Manager to seamlessly orchestrate the dynamics of both office and remote work environments. This role entails streamlining processes, spearheading green initiatives, and organizing engaging events, all while fostering a strong sense of community. Additionally, you will curate and leverage engagement data to drive action, offering guidance and support to individual teams.
Equipped with facilities management experience and a passion for communication and people, you drive company-wide impact through organization and initiative. You will report to the Chief People and Culture Officer. Based in Paris 16th arr, your office presence will be required 4 days a week.
Within 1 month, you will:

Own and manage contract management (existing and new ones)Drive your first regional or global employee eventWork along with the team on the action plan for Green initiatives, to hit zero carbon footprintWithin 12 months, you will:
