You will:

• Own and evolve the end-to-end UX/UI across mobile and web, including wallets, dashboards and compliance flows

• Map user journeys, flows, wireframes and interfaces from concept to delivery

• Collaborate closely with Product, Engineering and Compliance to turn complex crypto logic into clear, intuitive design

• Build and maintain the Raycash design system and component library

• Support user research, usability testing, and roadmap planning (under Tom’s guidance)

• Help shape culture and build the design function as we grow

• 5+ years in product design — fintech, crypto, or complex UX systems preferred

• A portfolio that shows clarity of thought, strong craft, and mobile/web experience

• End-to-end skills: from lo-fi wireframes to hi-fi mocks and handoff

• Proficiency with modern tools: Figma, Notion, Google Suite, Slack etc.

• Bonus: animation (Lottie), light front-end (HTML/CSS), genuine interest in Privacy Enhancing Technologies (PETs)
