ABOUT THE ROLE

• Design and run new models for Whitelab Genomics’ projects.

• Contribute to the development of new features and applications of WhiteLab Genomics’ gene and cell therapy platform.

• Work on various scientific projects for gene therapies.

• Help in the development and knowledge extraction from several databases.

• Develop scRNAseq pipelines.

• Build Machine Learning tools to face biology issues and work on biological data pipelines.

• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams

ABOUT YOU

equired skills

• MSc 1+ years of relevant experience in Data Science, Structural biology, Genomics, Physics, or Chemistry

• Great experience with sc RNAseq

• Experience in Machine learning

• Proficient use of Python and bash and the standard machine learning libraries (TensorFlow, PyTorch, etc.)

• Strong experience in scientific communication, excellent writing, and presentation skill

• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex concepts to a non-technical audience

• Strong cross-discipline collaborative ability

• Fluent in English

Nice to have

• PhD in relevant fields

• Experience in Graph Machine Learning

• Experience with generative models (GANs, diffusion, etc)

• Docker, deployment pipelines, and software development skills

• Comfortable in French
