As a Project Manager, you will lead and coordinate IT software implementation projects worldwide. You will manage multiple parallel initiatives (cybersecurity, compliance, technical and software migrations) to support global sites in their IT needs.

You will define project objectives, build execution plans, and ensure delivery on time and within budget. You will monitor progress, produce status reports, and provide recommendations to stakeholders.

You will coordinate cross-functional and international teams, work closely with vendors, and ensure efficient collaboration across all parties. You will also maintain dashboards, track performance, and adapt to evolving IT topics depending on business needs.

Profile Required

• Confirmed Project Manager with 3–7 years of experience

• Strong IT culture is mandatory (software, infrastructure, or systems environment)

• Proven experience managing IT projects (software implementation, migration, or similar)

• Fluent English (written and spoken) is required

• Experience in international and multi-cultural environments

• Strong organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills

• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and adapt quickly

• Technical background and/or experience in BI or IT systems is a plus

• Experience in container terminal or logistics IT environments is a plus

• Willingness to travel when required
