About this position

This position is responsible for providing recruitment services to businesses, by delivering high-quality candidates while guiding Hiring Managers and candidates through the Virtuos selection process, performing comprehensive recruitment, and maintaining excellent relationships with Hiring Managers, candidates, and the community at large.

Responsabilities

• Partner with French HR team and hiring managers to identify and build out recruiting needs and strategies.

• Have strong understanding of the complete recruiting function, including: research, sourcing, networking, behavior based interviewing and closing.

• Participate in full recruitment, including: analyzing the competitive market, targeting relevant candidates, contacting them with an appropriate and personalized approach, convincing them to join us by presenting our company and the opportunity made for them.

• Maintain and analyze recruitment track data, and report to Hiring Manager basing on the requirement

• Work positively and honestly to meet the Recruiter KPI.

Qualifications:

• 3-5 years of experience in recruitment; previous experience in an agency environment and in the recruitment of the gaming industry would be highly advantageous.

• You have an appetite for technical subjects and easily master new digital tools.

• Availability for professional travel as needed.

• Mastery of English required.

• Permanent contract based in Cergy - Parc Saint Christophe (95) near RER A;

• Available as soon as possible;
