Pilotage énergétique prédictif pour bâtiments en Europe.
Thermosphr is a fast-growing European climate-tech company using AI and advanced engineering to revolutionize energy efficiency in commercial buildings. Our autonomous software optimizes heating and cooling systems, reducing energy consumption by 20–30%, without requiring new hardware.
We work with leading European real estate owners and asset managers, with our technology already deployed across around 100 buildings and over 2 million m². We operate across Europe, with entities in France, Germany and Poland.
We’re entering a new phase of growth, with ambitious plans to accelerate commercial expansion, scale our organization, and broaden our offering.
Our ambition is to make autonomous energy optimization the new standard across European commercial real estate.
How do we manage 15x more buildings with just 2-3x more people? That’s the challenge our Operational Excellence team is here to solve.
Our ambition is simple: make every team at Thermosphr dramatically more productive, by combining the smartest people, processes, and technologies. We believe talented people should spend their time solving interesting problems, not drowning in repetitive, low-value tasks.
Your mission? Get your hands dirty, challenge how things work, and build better ways of doing things across the company.
Make our operations scalable. Rethink how we deploy buildings, manage information, coordinate teams, and deliver our services, so that growing 10x doesn’t mean working 10x harder.
Eliminate low-value work. Simplify workflows, cut unnecessary steps, and automate repetitive tasks. Make sure our people spend their talent where it really counts.
Turn ideas into results. Take ownership of your initiatives, bring people on board with Operations, Product, Sales and other teams, and drive implementation until you get real results.
Build, test, iterate. Experiment with AI, automation, no-code tools, and software integrations. Prototype solutions, put them into people’s hands, learn what works, and keep improving.
Win people over. Bring teams along from day one, support them through the change, and keep going until adoption is real and the gains are measurable.
Think cutting weeks off building deployments, building an AI-powered assistant for internal teams, or automating a workflow that currently eats up hours of someone’s week.
No endless recommendations or PowerPoint strategies. We want people who make things happen.
We’re looking for a sharp, curious, and resourceful individual with a strong drive to make things happen. Someone who sees a problem as an opportunity, loves figuring things out, and gets real satisfaction from making things work better.
You’re a natural problem solver. You think analytically, ask the right questions, challenge assumptions, and find smart, pragmatic solutions to complex problems.
You’re a builder, not just a thinker. You’d rather test an imperfect solution today than spend weeks designing the perfect one. You’re not afraid to experiment, fail, learn, and try again.
You’re relentlessly curious. You love learning new things, quickly get your head around unfamiliar topics, and have a genuine interest in technology, AI, and automation.
You make people around you better. You’re a great listener and communicator, enjoy working closely with others, and know how to challenge, convince, and bring people on board without imposing your ideas.
You take ownership. You’re proactive, autonomous, and resourceful. You don’t wait for someone to tell you what to do, and you don’t consider a job done until it delivers results.
You have high standards, without taking yourself too seriously. You’re ambitious, demanding of yourself, open to feedback, and bring positive energy to the people you work with.
2–5 years of experience in a demanding environment, ideally in a startup, scale-up, operations, engineering, or a similarly hands-on role.
Strong analytical skills and confidence working with data and digital tools.
Fluent English. French is strongly preferred, German is a plus.
Nice to have: Hands-on experience with AI tools and agents, workflow automation (e.g. n8n, Make, Zapier), project management tools (e.g. Notion, Linear, Asana), or basic coding/scripting.
We care much more about what you’ve accomplished and what drives you than the names on your CV.
Call, interview, case study, team meeting, CEO meeting.
