About the Role

We’re hiring a talented and innovative leader to join our executive team as Chief Technology Officer (CTO).

TheraPanacea in collaboration with the flagship care facilities/hospitals is reinventing the clinical journey for millions of cancer and beyond patients around the world. You will have the responsibility to imagine / design / deliver the technical side of this ambition; a www-based secure platform virtually accessible from anywhere in the globe that is transformational for our base of customers in treatment panning and Pharmaceutical clients. This role reports directly to the Chief Executive Officer (CEO).

Responsibilities

• Technical Leadership: You will develop and implement the technical strategy for our platform by working closely with cross-functional teams (BD, R&D, IP, TechOps) towards core fully cloud compatible www data management and remote visualization/interaction applications, artificial intelligence backbone architectures, security, APIs, compliance, and data infrastructure.
• Client Success and Business Development Leadership: You will serve as the technical face of TheraPanacea to our existing and future partner ecosystem of hospitals, Pharma, and corporate partners -
• Team Leadership: You will develop a world-class engineering team in the intersection of machine learning, medical physics, medical imaging, applied mathematics, software development and culture within TheraPanacea.

• PhD in electrical/computer engineering or applied mathematics with 10+ years of experience on devellopping cutting edge technologies in the health sector
• Previous experience as a CTO, or VP of Engineering within a major software company in the area of health sciences.
• Proven success building deep relationships with senior executives at strategic accounts and driving the revenue expansion of those accounts.
• Experience managing large/international/interdisciplinary teams, including international/offshore engineering and developer teams, in a fast paced and rapidly changing environment.
• Excellence machine learning, artificial intelligence, medical imaging
• Excellent communication, public speaking, and presentation skills.
• A strong ability to inspire and motivate cross-functional, multi-disciplinary teams; this should be a superpower.
