The mission of the Fan Activities Department is to develop and monetize Team Vitality’s audience via media, digital revenues and leisure gaming offers. In this context, the events offering will experience strong growth with a varied audience (BtoB and BtoC).
Reporting to the Fan Venues & Offers Manager, the Vitality Shop Specialist’s main role is to manage the Vitality Shop, ensuring the best possible customer experience.
In collaboration with the Fan Activites team, he/she is responsible for :
Customer reception and sales
Inform and assist customers with their purchases
Inform, advise and demonstrate product operation
Offer complementary services
Handle complaints and disputes
Manage opening and closing times
Maintain a high quality standard in customer relations
Promote the company’s image and reputation
Management and sales promotion
Supervise inventories and decide on restocking requirements
Organize the store, deciding on product positioning and window displays
Decide on and implement any rearrangements, new presentations, promotions, etc.
Administrative management and reporting
Keep daily accounts and draw up budgets
Draw up business forecasts, monitor and analyze results
Transmit and present results to regional management and make suggestions for improvement
The Vitality Shop Specialist will produce events in line with sales briefs, perform replacements in the cybercafé V.Play/V.Café area, and also handle a few one-off assignments (collaborate with internal departments, analyze market and competition, help create and improve marketing offers, float jerseys).
First experience in esport/gaming events
