Job description

Since 2015,’s mission is to enable any company to hire the best tech profiles on the market in the simplest possible way. Today, our selective recruitment platform is the easiest way for start-ups, SMEs and large companies to quickly build a powerful tech team.

🚀In 7 years, we raised €10M and grew from 3 people in Paris to a team of almost 150 people across 7 countries and we don't intend to stop here! 

Your job

  • You will be part of an international Sales team, operating in France, Germany, Belgium, the Netherlands, the United Kingdom and remote markets.
  • With the pandemic, the Tech recruitment market has been turned upside down, with fully remote job opportunities growing dramatically. This was such a great business opportunity, that we decided to heavily invest in becoming Europe’s #1 provider of International Remote Tech Talents to our clients. 
  • This is thus a crazy time for customer acquisition and we are looking for a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to launch from scratch the market in Sweden (and other markets in the future).
  • As a SDR, you will:
  • Benchmark the market to understand the specificities 
  •  Identify and build meaningful BtoB relationships with the CEOs, CTOs, Heads of HR/Recruitment of the top tech companies in your market (from startups to large accounts) 
  • Run outbound experiments including calls, emails, videos, and LinkedIn messages to start the conversation with our prospects
  • Manage and improve the efficiency of our sales tools to build scalable processes in direct relationship with our marketing and product teams (HubSpot, Ringover, Waalaxy, Vidyard)
  • Collaborating with Sales Executive, Sales Ops, Marketing teams to achieve our business goals 
  • Scale the SDR function: you will be key to create efficient and scalable processes that will bring the whole company to the next level.
  • Your profile :

  • You have a first experience (+1 year) in SDR or Sales 
  • You like cold calling and working on lead generation 
  • You are passionate about business development and you want to be part of a market launch 
  • You are a quick learner, very curious and resilient
  • You have a fluent or native level in English and ideally, you speak French
  • Recruitment process :

  • Phone call with Thibaut, Lead SDR (10min)
  • Video interview with Thibaut, Lead SDR (60min)
  • Exercice: written communication (motivation + 1st mail in a sequence of cold mailing)
  • Video interview with Head of Sales & 1 team member (30 min x 2)
  • Video interview with Jane, People Partner (45min)
  • Reference check
