    Let's talk about the Talent Acquisition team ⭐️

    Talent Acquisition builds successful teams by recruiting the best candidates worldwide. Our candidates shape the future of the company, which makes our mission extremely rewarding and exciting! You'll join a diverse, inclusive and supportive team of 14 people coming from 11 different countries driven by one goal: make hiring at Stuart best in class!

    We are currently looking for Talent Acquisition Partner in charge of recruitment needs across our local corporate and business functions, mainly within Sales, Account Management and Operations teams in the UK. You will join an international team of inspiring Recruiters based across different countries and will report to Fernanda, UK Talent Acquisition Lead based in London.     What will I be doing? 🤔

  • Owning the full-cycle of the hiring process (UK Market): job qualification, pro-active sourcing (direct approach via LinkedIn and emails, networking, referrals), interviewing, selection, closing, onboarding
  • Providing great candidate and internal customer experience from application stage to offer
  • Communicating effectively with the hiring team to guarantee alignment on the hiring process
  • Monitoring and analysing key metrics and KPIs to identify improvement opportunities, support your ideas and share reports with the Hiring Managers
  • Supporting recruitment projects such as workshops, employer branding, D&I initiatives
  • What do we need from you? 😎

  • Successful experience in hiring in-house into corporate and business functions for fast-growing companies
  • Experience recruiting for non-tech roles
  • Demonstrated skills in building talent pipelines by sourcing and screening inbound applications
  • Experience partnering and influencing hiring managers throughout the recruiting cycle
  • Fluent English speaker
