Our product, a highly efficient Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) platform is helping companies achieve their financial goals by quickly responding to dynamic factors in their respective markets including Tech, Retail, CPG & Financial Services.

We'e offering a fantastic career opportunity for a Recruitment Coordinator (6-months internship) to join our Talent Acquisition team.

You'll work directly with our candidates, our recruiters, and our hiring teams to plan, coordinate, and schedule a seamless interview process.

What you will do

Own and drive interview scheduling in close partnership with our recruiters (EMEA and AMER)

Maintain our applicant tracking system (Lever) and our TA database up-to-date

Advertise and review our jobs and help improve our employer branding strategy

Support TAMs on their administrative duties (contracts, immigration, etc.)

Generate weekly & monthly reports of our recruiting activity

Share, learn and work hand-to-hand with the People Team to help generate the best-in-class People strategy to support our business

This internship is made for you if

You are organized, with great attention to detail: you've run projects where you've had to manage a lot of details

You understand how to prioritize tasks and build out a weekly schedule

You are good with tools and (ideally) have some familiarity with job boards and applicant tracking systems

You are a great communicator (verbally and in writing)

You are outgoing and enthusiastic and can easily adapt to any situation

Your are fluent in English
