To support customers on technical subjects. Both remotely and in the field. Providing a best in class support experience to our valued customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Remote support through our ticketing tool
• Phone responses to customer questions
• Remote troubleshooting of customer problems
• On-site support with preventive maintenance
• On-site support with curative maintenance

Additional responsibilities

• Technical documentation writing and reviewing
• In-house investigations

Our ideal candidate:

• You have a technical bachelors degree or equivalent, ideally with experience of laboratory techniques.
• Good troubleshooting skills.
• The desire to service and support our customers, their instruments and their applications
• Strong oral and written communication skills in English are required.
• Willingness to travel on short notice throughout Europe (50% France 50% Elsewhere) and up to 70% of the time.
