The University is divided into 2 different branches : one for our Employees and the other for our Customers. 

For Employees, we intend to help them grow within the company by offering the best learning experiences on Technical and Business Acumen acquisition. The world of AdTech is moving fast and so is our company. We therefore need to make sure everyone has a good understanding of our products, our market, our clients and our challenges.

For Customers : We are providing both managed & self-service products to our customers. Therefore, if we want to offer them the best service ever, the journey starts with mastering the usage of our products, so they can manage them autonomously.

The University initiative has been launched recently and the team is growing !In this context, we are looking for a Junior Learning Content Designer who will design the best Learning Experiences (LX) ever for both Employees and Customers, to ensure knowledge acquisition and skills development. In this position, you will :

° Work closely with the Content Designers (team of 2)

° Design engaging learning packages that could be digital, virtual or in-person, which are fun (gamified, interactive…) to ensure a good level of engagement and an effective ROI to meet business needs

° Manage End to End the learning product life cycle to ensure contents are updated regularly

° Be accountable for the quality of the learning packages

° Design associated communication packages when launching/updating contents: videos, articles, events, newsletters etc… Be creative !!

About You

  • Project Management : ability to manage several projects at the same time
  • Pedagogical expertise : at ease with designing learning programs, modules (digital, virtual or physical events) matching requirements and pedagogical objectives..Creativity
  • Problem-solving, solution oriented
  • Strong interpersonal skills and collaborative approach : you will work within a team of Content Designers, with the communication team and with different stakeholders and Subject Matter Experts (SME)
  • Confidence with technology and agile environment
  • Fluent in English, French is not mandatory but definitely a +
  • Specific / technical knowledge:

  • Articulate StoryLine or any other content design tool
  • Video edition
  • Design : storyboards, scripting & graphic design
  • Meetings/Events facilitation
