As an HR & Sales Administrative Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting the growth and development of the company. Your responsibilities will include payroll and HR administration, invoicing and account receivables management, people onboarding, team events and culture, financial and administrative operations, general administrative support, quality and compliance support, and office management. You will work closely with the Founder and CEO and the Sales team, and have the opportunity to visit a wind farm or solar farm and see our drones in action.

You’re the perfect match if…
You are based in Paris or Rennes
You are fluent in both French and English
You have 3 years of experience in an office manager, admin, or EA role — ideally in a start-up or fast-paced environment.
You demonstrate strong adaptability and flexibility to support and implement change in a constantly evolving scaleup.
You bring strong interpersonal skills: you’re warm, trustworthy, and great at creating a positive vibe.
You’re tech-savvy and quick to learn new tools (Google Workspace, Notion, Slack, etc.).
