What you’ll be doing
- Define the strategy and coordinate efforts of the different marketing teams: growth, community, partnerships, performance marketing…
- Set objectives for internal teams, and coach team members successfully
- Prioritize marketing projects and allocate time and effort accordingly
- Prepare regular performance reports and track marketing metrics, communicate them with the other teams
- Build and manage a strong marketing team empowered by Shine values
Profil recherché
What we are looking for
- Experience in management of a very successful innovative brand
- Proven project management and team coordination skills
- Excellent leadership and management abilities, strong fit with Shine values
- Experience with marketing in foreign countries is greatly appreciated
- Fluent in English
