The role:

As a Forward Deployed Engineer intern in the PRO business unit, you will build the RevOps system (apps, API and MCP connectors, AI-ready data), embedded with the Sales and Marketing teams. You will:

• Design and build systems that remove friction from the way we sell.
• Make our data AI-ready and put it into the hands of tools, agents and sales reps.
• Consolidate our tools into one AI Sales Studio.

You will work directly with our RevOps PRO, who guarantees the vision, the strategy and the RevOps system as a whole. He will coach you day to day: architecture choices, review of what you ship, and priorities. The goal is for you to own your scope quickly.

This is a 6-month internship (an internship agreement with your school is required)!

Your Impact at Brevo:

1. AI-ready data:
   • Standardise data ingestion with a guaranteed format designed for AI.
   • Make that data available in our apps and tools, so AEs can use it easily.
2. AI Sales Studio:
   • Merge our existing custom apps into one tool and extend it with new features. One tool to rule them all.
3. Connectors:
   • Connect our tools through APIs and MCP (CRM, Chili Piper, Gong, Clay, Chargebee…) to remove re-keying and waiting between teams.
4. Autonomous demand generation:
   • Wire the lead scoring specified by the RevOps Analyst into our tools.
   • Bring AEs new signals (intent, firmographics) and new sources, with prospecting tooling they use on their own.
5. Lean system:
   • Remove dead automations and duplicates, and put monitoring on what runs.

System & AI skills:

• You understand at an advanced level how a system is built: functions, APIs, MCP, CI, deployment, data. No need to code by hand: you know how to architect and get it built with AI.
• You have already shipped apps, agents or integrations with Claude Code, Cursor or equivalent.

Behavioral skills:

• Product mindset: you start from a business problem, not a technology, and ship small and fast.
• Business curiosity: you want to understand how we sell.
• Rigour in production: tests, rollback, not breaking what runs.

Experience and education:

• Engineering school, business school or an atypical path. Your building track record matters more than your degree.
• Side projects, a deployed app or an MCP server you built are a strong plus.

• A place to grow, together: Join an international team in a bright, collaborative office located in a vibrant neighbourhood.
• Practical perks for everyday balance: 50% public transport reimbursement, Sustainable Mobility Package (whether you ride a classic bike or go electric, we support your choice to commute greener) and daily Swile meal vouchers (€12.50/day).
• Learning, every step of the way: Access to English classes and 155,000+ courses on Udemy, plus a strong internal culture of knowledge-sharing and support.
• Flexible for life: A remote-friendly setup, budget to support your home workspace, and relocation assistance for international talents.
• A culture that cares: From inter-office trips to regular team events, there are plenty of ways to connect beyond your day-to-day. You’ll also find active social, green, and LGBTQIA+ communities, plus Work Council benefits via Leeto, all here to support what matters to you, inside and outside of work.
