-Prepare and conduct thermal simulation and/or mechanical analysis for various engine components.
-Continuously improve existing methodologies.
-Run technical analyses & justifications and develop other members of the team by providing technical expertise in area of responsibility.
-Day-to-day cooperation with internal and external stakeholders from R&D office at various stages of the project, conceptual to change in definition.
-Supporting Technical Leader/Manager in agreeing the new activities, defining deadlines, tracking and reporting work progress in direct contact with internal stakeholders.
-Support definition of roadmap for development of team and its competences.

-Master degree in engineering
-Teamwork, analytical thinking, self-motivation, ‘can-do' attitude and decision-making skills
-In-depth understanding of thermal and fluid mechanics theory
-Professional experience within aero engineering, fluid mechanics, engine performance
