L'avis de Welcome
Ramp provides companies with a dual offering of corporate cards and a spending management dashboard. The dashboard allows companies to oversee their costs, automate manual accounting practices, reimburse out-of-pocket spending, and earn cashback on financial outlays. Founded in 2019 and coming out of stealth in 2020, the company quickly reached a valuation of a whopping $8.1B in early 2022 and hit $22.5B in 2025. Its clients include several big-name companies including fast-growth health tech startup Ro, Planned Parenthood, and Truebill. 90% of its customers have made the switch from legacy players such as Expensify and Concur, showing that Ramp provides real customer value. The team that built Ramp is the same one that launched the automated price tracking company Paribus before selling it to Capital One. It is now focused on scoping out more M&A opportunities and boosting its headcount to support investing in its software and going into new verticals.
Vos missions au quotidien
- Design at Ramp looks very different than it did a year ago: we’re building tools and agents, designing memory, shipping PRs, and rethinking the process every few months as new capabilities unlock
- A few things have not changed, the role of design is to distill problems to their essence, obsess over craft and delight where it matters most, know customers deeply and advocate for them, lead with creativity and storytelling, and keep it fun, because a product built with joy always wins
- We’re looking for a Director of Product Design to lead a team of builders across some of our highest-priority bets
- Lead and grow a high-performing team of product designers
- Own product vision and design direction across critical product areas
- Partner with product and engineering to shape strategy and deliver customer impact
- Stay close to customers and use their feedback to guide product decisions
- Jump into the work when needed to unblock teams and accelerate progress
- Create clarity, raise quality, and help teams ship faster
- Raise the bar for product thinking, interaction design, systems thinking, and craft
- Coach designers through clear feedback, high standards, and strong mentorship
- Help define how design works in an AI-native world
- Build strong partnerships across product, engineering, data, and design

- Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance
- One Medical Membership
- 401(k) including an employer match
