Preparing and delivering customer presentations and demonstrations of the hardware and software, articulately and confidently. Providing technical advice to customers on all aspects of the installation. Handling hardware or software problems and faults. Identifying and developing new business through excellent customer contacts and follow-up calls. By means of his/her technical knowledge and experience and his customer behavioral skills generate excellent customer satisfaction.
