At Partoo, Salesforce & all (or almost) the other tools & processes are managed by the Ops team. Salesforce was implemented in-house 5 years ago and since then every newcomer of the team has been trained to acquire some expertise on the topic & be autonomous on their projects. Today, we are looking for an experienced Business System Architect with a main expertise on Salesforce that can help us bring operational efficiency to the next step.
We are looking for someone who can think beyond Salesforce and has the potential to own and drive the “system” vision & architecture of the company.

Your role being transverse, you will be attached to the Ops Team, composed of the Enterprise Team (6+ people) managed by Fanny and the SMBs Team (3+ people). They all have a quite deep knowledge of Salesforce back-office and they have been trained to do things the right way but they need your guidance to keep our Salesforce strong over time. They also need an expert to drive the most technical projects. You will report directly to Clément, our COO and will be involved in the Ops Team routines.
MISSIONS 🔥
Ensure the health of the Salesforce back-office: user permissions profile management, flow management, architecture management, etc. Objective: have a Salesforce under control that is at least a bit better every month.Work with the Ops team on the technical aspects of their projects, sometimes as an internal consultant to share your expertise, and sometimes by taking full responsibility for the technical aspects (but always as a partner), in direct contact with the business teams.Manage Salesforce integrations with third-party applications like Docusign, Ringover, Salesloft, etc. and lead the implementation of the next layers we have in the pipe (Salesforce CPQ, billing tool (not necessarily Salesforce), ERP, etc.).Lead the migration of our SMBs Salesforce to a new instance as well as the refacto of our data structure (Leads currently playing the role of opportunities, opportunities playing the role of contracts, etc.)Train the Ops team on Salesforce best practices.Stay up-to-date on the Salesforce ecosystem in order to proactively propose improvements to the existing Salesforce setup.DESIRED PROFILE 🎯

Salesforce certifications (Admin I / II)Experience in the administration of Jira / Service DeskThe big plus
