Product Design Director Omnea

Our Mission:

Omnea is the agentic operating system for procurement.

Procurement touches every pound a business spends, yet requests still stall for weeks and approvals get lost in inboxes. Our AI-first platform changes that: our agents capture requests, route approvals, onboard suppliers, flag risk and track every renewal, while anyone in the business can ask a question and get an answer grounded in their own company’s data. Buying becomes painless for everyone, procurement gets a seat at the table, and our customers have saved more than 100,000 hours of manual work so far.

Companies like Spotify, PayPal, T. Rowe Price, JustEat, Adyen and S&P Global run procurement on Omnea. We’re backed by $75M from Khosla Ventures, Insight Partners and Accel, and we’ve been named the UK’s number one startup in the Startups 100, ranked 11th on Sifted’s 2026 list of Europe’s fastest-growing companies, and recognised as one of Fast Company’s Most Innovative Companies.

Talent density matters more to us than almost anything else. We keep the bar high in every team, so everyone here has real ownership and real impact. Our team is full of former founders and operators who’ve scaled unicorns, and we’re looking for people who want to do the best work of their careers alongside them.

About the Role

We’re looking for a Director of Product Design to help us build and scale a world-class design organization at Omnea. In this role, you'll lead the design function across the company — driving vision, nurturing talent, and ensuring every customer interaction with Omnea is intuitive, elegant, and trusted.

This is a senior leadership role that combines strategic design leadership with organizational building. You’ll set the design bar, define team culture, and ensure we scale product quality alongside company growth.

You’ll be joining us at a pivotal time. We’ve just raised $50M in Series B funding from Khosla Ventures , Insight Partners , Accel , Point Nine , and First Round Capital . In the past year we’ve grown revenue 5x, tripled our customer base, and maintained >99% retention with enterprises like Spotify, Wise, Albertsons, Adecco, and McAfee. Our team is small but high-calibre -- it took over 10,000 interviews to hire our first 50 Omneans. Now we’re scaling fast and building the category of AI Supplier Relationship Management!

What You’ll Do

• Own and evolve Omnea’s end-to-end product design strategy across all surfaces and customer touchpoints.

• Manage and grow a high-performing team of product designers - including hiring, coaching, and performance development.

• Collaborate with product, engineering, and GTM leaders to drive alignment on roadmap, priorities, and user experience goals.

• Champion user-centered design practices - incorporating research, prototyping, and continuous iteration into the team’s DNA.

• Drive high-quality execution across all phases - from vision decks to pixel-perfect delivery.

• Shape and maintain our design system, brand voice, and internal design practices.

About You

• 8+ years of experience in product design, including 3+ years in design leadership roles.

• Proven ability to grow and lead high-performing design teams in fast-paced environments.

• Deep systems thinking -with a portfolio that spans early-stage design and scaled systems.

• Exceptional communicator and cross-functional partner - you build trust quickly and lead with empathy.

• Experience owning design strategy across complex platforms or internal tools.

• You care deeply about product and design craft - and know how to scale that care across a team.

Why Join Omnea

Omnea is rebuilding the enterprise back-office stack to be delightful, composable, and seamless. That only works if the user experience is best-in-class - and you’ll be a key driver of that vision.

As Director of Product Design, you'll shape how we work, how we hire, and what we ship — with massive ownership and outsized impact. We care deeply about craft and velocity. If you do too, we’d love to talk.

At Omnea, we embrace diversity. To build a product that's loved by everyone, we're best served by a team with all sorts of backgrounds, experiences, and perspectives. We encourage you to apply even if your experience doesn't quite match the full job spec! And regardless of your race, religion, colour, gender, or anything else! If you think you could be a good fit for Omnea, please reach out.
