Vos missions au quotidien

The Role

As Sales Manager APAC, you will lead our local Sales team on the ground in Singapore, converting the demand we’re generating across Singapore and Australia into closed business, while directly managing and growing our Sales AE/AM team.

This is a hands-on, player-coach role: part of your time will be spent closing deals yourself, and part of it coaching and developing your team to do the same. You’ll work in close partnership with Maximilien (Regional Manager APAC) on go-to-market execution, and on the broader regional strategy.

Your Mission

Manage and grow the existing Sales AE/AM team in Singapore — coaching, ramping, and holding them accountable to targets
Own and close a portfolio of local corporate accounts across Singapore and Australia, from prospecting through negotiation and closing
Build and refine the local sales playbook — pitch, objection handling, pricing approach — as we scale
Drive quota attainment for the team (bookings, GBV) and report on pipeline health and forecasting
Identify and help unlock new local demand pockets, including the emerging opportunity in China
Partner with Maximilien and Maxime (CEO) to align local sales execution with the broader APAC go-to-market strategy
Feed market and competitive intelligence back to product and leadership

What We’re Looking For

You are a sales operator who also knows how to lead a team — hungry, hands-on, and comfortable wearing both hats.

You likely bring

5-7 years of B2B sales experience, including some direct team management experience
Ideally, prior experience in a tech scale-up
A strong track record of hitting and exceeding sales targets, both individually and through a team
Comfort operating in an early-stage, still-being-built environment — you build process as you go, you don’t wait for it
Native or near-native English; Mandarin is a strong plus given the Singapore and China context
A coaching mindset: you get energy from helping others close, not just closing yourself
