Intern, Software Engineer (Front end)

Mindee empowers Product Managers and Developers to design and build outstanding user experiences leveraging intelligent document processing and removing all friction from manual entry. Our APIs are powered by state of the art deep learning algorithms that are both easy to use and reliable. Key use cases include expense management, accounts payable automation, or customer on-boarding and many more.

Mindee is the leading developer tool that powers document understanding. We are looking for a Software Engineer Intern to join our Front end Team.

Our mission is to provide developers with an API able to parse any type of document with better than human accuracy. We’re already deployed with top players in France, like Qonto, Spendesk, or Payfit, and are rapidly expanding in Europe and North America. We raised a $14M Series A led by GGV Capital in 2021, just after graduating from Y Combinator (YC).

What you’ll do here…

• Develop new features 🌟 for the Mindee platform and back office using React and Material UI
• Collaborate in the technical design process 💥 for the platform
• Contribute to the maintenance and improvement of the Mindee frontend Javascript stack 💪
• Grow your understanding 🧠 of best practices in testing and web development while ensure high quality code and documentation of software functionality

Internship duration: 6 months

We’d love to talk to you if you are…

• Experienced with at least one frontend JavaScript library like React, Vue, Angular, Svelte, with a preference for React
• Familiar with developing and maintaining production ready frontend applications in Javascript
• Curious and eager to learn!
• Highly proficient in English
