Working from our Office in Milan, you will lead projects in Italy and Europe being part of our Operations Team.

The Operations team manages projects from the platform implementation to the handover with the client and is responsible for the delivery of additional energy and digital related services.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Managing projects and delivering in time with high client satisfaction ;

• Performing digitalization assessments and roadmaps ;

• Managing METRON’s platform implementation, defining the right dashboards, KPIs and alarms to manage and optimise the energy consumption of our clients ;

• Delivering energy & co2 assessments ;

• Carrying out energy and data science analysis ;

• Coaching and training our clients ;

• Reporting to the Operations Manager of the region, anticipating risks and highlighting main issues ;

• Supporting sales and our partners to convince prospects and design the right commercial proposal.

To succeed in this role you must have:

• An engineering degree with a 1st experience in the energy field if possible in the industrial world ;

• A good knowledge about energy systems, energy efficiency, and industrial processes ;

• A result oriented, analytical mindset, with a sense of urgency when necessary, be able to handle pressure and have good team spirit ;

• Strong communication and inter-departmental collaboration skills ;

• A fluent level in Italian and English (other languages as a plus) ;

• The availability to travel up to 30% of the time.
