After graduating from a French business school, Benoit co-founded his first startup within the mobility industry. Ubeeqo soon became the leader in the European car-sharing market, growing from scratch to 200 employees when it was sold to Europcar in 2017. Benoit also launched Askeet, a SaaS sourcing platform and most recently MeltingSpot, a unique and video-first community platform. Benoit is passionate about early-stage entrepreneurship and new technologies.  Benoit is a strong believer that a great culture where people are empowered to help drive a shared vision is fundamental to achieving commercial success.


With a tech background and an entrepreneur by vocation, Fabien co-founded his first company, a web agency, while he was still a student. This was then integrated into another agency where he was able to develop a strategy oriented around software publishing. Always attracted by entrepreneurship, he returned to his first love by co-founding several projects, in particular a bulk fuel marketplace sold to Total shortly afterwards. After a few years spent with the team, Fabien is convinced by the MeltingSpot project, which he joined in 2021 as CTO.


After obtaining his engineering degree, Julien continued his studies with a Masters in entrepreneurship. In 2020, he specialized in Product Management by joining MeltingSpot for his end-of-studies internship. Julien knows the product by heart. He is at the center of exchanges with operational teams, customers, product designers and developers, to ensure the product meets user expectations.


After 5 years of study at business school and obtaining a master's degree specializing in business consulting, Victoria joined as a business developer at MeltingSpot. Covering the full stack of sales, Victoria, covers the entire sales cycle. From the first contact with prospects, to the qualification of their needs, the product demo and of course, the close! Victoria is especially committed to truly discovering the needs of her prospects in order to ensure MeltingSpot can offer a valuable solution.


A Computer Science & Statistics Engineer by training, Yacine joined MeltingSpot as a Lead-Developer in April 2021. Directly supporting the CTO, and in constant communication with the product team, his role is to carry out the development of functionalities, as well as to coach junior developers in their skill development.
