Who are we?

Matera is a PropTech Saas company that allows co-owners to manage their buildings themselves without the services of a professional property manager.

With a third round of funding of 35 million euros, Matera is moving up a gear! Today we have 3,000 client co-ownerships with a target of 5,000 very soon. With more than 400 new applications per week, there is no shortage of people who wish to change their way of managing their building!

Founded in 2017, we are now 150 Materani working a lot to achieve our mission: make co-owners happy in their building! It is now the time to address the European markets.

What about the role?

After a successful Series B of 35M€, Matera aims at becoming one of the leaders in building management in France. To achieve this goal, we’re looking for our Chief Revenue Officer to own the execution of the lead acquisition / sales / customer care strategy.

Your missions will be the following:

  • Leverage all the the steps of the client life cycle to maximize ARR & NPS
  • Manage the lead generation / sales / OB / CSM Head ofs
  • Prioritize the different business opportunities other than the core Saas
  • Ensure a good segmentation of our clients & allocation of our efforts according to it
  • Become an expert in building property management

Profil recherché

  • You have an entrepreneur profile and want to manage a new product
  • Inspirational, you have a natural leadership
  • You are experienced in management, with both junior and experienced profiles
  • You have the SaaS and start-up environment knowledge
  • You want to be part of a fast-growing and intense adventure
  • A Matera is going international, your are fluent in English (German is a plus)
