Job Description

What you'll be doing:

• Enable our stakeholders to make informed decisions based on data.
• Collaborate directly with every department in Mangopay, including C-level, to provide high-quality analytics.
• Educate the organization on how to leverage data effectively. That means you’ll become a go-to person regarding all our data and its use cases.
• Lead, organize, and support the professional growth of the team.

What we would love you to bring with you:

• 2+ years of team management experience
• Experience in data modeling in Looker, statistics, and working with data warehouses (Snowflake)
• Previous experience in the financial services industry
• Fluently speak English and enjoy working with many stakeholders.
• Demonstrate a strong bias for action, customer obsession, and being right (a lot).
