About the Implementation team
You will be joining Luisa, Emma, Nadia, Rafik and Britt, our Implementation Managers, and Paul-Louis, our COO. You will have the chance to collaborate with everyone at Maki.
Most of the Implementation Team efforts are currently aiming at onboarding our (many) new clients, making sure that they know how to use Maki to its fullest potential, are (very) satisfied with their experience and ensuring that the use of Maki brings the impact we promise. Given that we support large Enterprise companies, this is really about large-scale project management and change management, hand-in-hand with our clients.
About your mission
As an Implementation Intern, you will support our Implementation Managers with a variety of operational tasks while actively contributing to client projects. Your role is multi-faceted and touches several parts of the customer journey.
Your Key Responsibilities:
Support client implementation: Help clients define candidate journeys, monitor impact, and ensure smooth onboarding.
Client relationship management: Maintain frequent and structured interactions with clients to ensure they get value from Maki.
Feedback analysis: Collect, organize, and share client feedback with Product, Engineering, and Sales teams to drive continuous improvement.
Process optimization: Design and refine key processes to monitor customers efficiently using ClickUp (our Implementation and Success internal tool).
Contribute to strategic projects: Work on initiatives that support large-scale projects and change management for our enterprise clients.
