Partnering with the founder, you will

  • Lead France and international business growth, designing appropriate digital-led “Go to market” strategies and operationally executing integrated business plans for each country based on France learnings. 

  • Identify countries and geographies where Lightinderm should expand (current targets include Europe, US, India, Gulf Arab states, Brazil/Mexico, Australia) and define adapted distribution strategies.

  • Identify & Manage retailers, e-retailers and local relays where appropriate (distributors, agents, agencies…).

Profil recherché

  • Partner / alter-ego of the founder 

  • Experience of start-up / small size company

  • International expertise

  • Experience of Digital led business growth with e-retail/e-commerce > 50%.  

  • Knowledge of beauty/well-being field and eco-systems would be a plus (not mandatory)

  • Growth / Business development skills (Marketing + commercial + financial sense)

  • Leadership and drive to i) initiate news paths/models to create business, ii) create retailers’ and partners” commitment and iii) make things happen in a timely manner. 

  • Entrepreneurial spirit, motivation and ability to work with autonomy in a start-up environment with multiple priorities and limited resources. 

  • Excellent communication. Fluent English. 

  • Ability to understand and appropriate brand’s mission and company values
