Venez découvrir lors d’un entretien les missions que vous aurez à réaliser au sein de l’Usine de Biotechnologies :

Contribuer à l’amélioration continue de nos systèmes et politiques de gestion EHS
Participer au programme de sécurité comportementale
Réaliser des analyses de risques aux postes de travail
Participer aux études ergonomiques aux postes de travail
Suivre le plan d’action « risques LIFE »
Actualiser les formations Sécurité et les dispenser aux équipes
Réaliser des validations EHS Matériel
Etablir des plans de prévention et permis en adéquation avec les directives du Groupe
Identifier les événements critiques à partir du Document Unique

About the team

As a Consulting & Advisory Intern reporting directly to a Consulting & Advisory Strategy Consultant you will be a key player in shaping L’Oréal’s future. You’ll work within a newly formed, highly international team collaborating extensively with various departments across the Group, including corporate functions, divisions, zones, transformation teams, and finance.

Your missions

This role offers unparalleled exposure to the breadth of L’Oréal’s DNA and significant opportunities for growth.

Strategic Guidance: Offering expert advice and ensuring internal projects align with company goals.
Project Leadership: Leading and supporting key strategic initiatives, process improvements, and change management.
Data Analysis: Providing data-driven insights to inform decisions and improve performance.
Facilitation: Fostering cross-functional collaboration and knowledge sharing within the company.
Internal Capability Building: Leveraging their deep industrial knowledge to provide cost-effective solutions and build internal expertise.

Ce que l’on cherche

Your profile
Throughout your career / academic background you’ve demonstrated:

Problem-solving and analytical skills
Strategic thinking
Communication and presentation skills
Project management experience
Industry knowledge (Beauty, FMCG, Retail, Luxury, RGM as a plus)
A consulting experience in a consulting firm as a plus
100% fluent in English, French as a plus
